(Q) Why should I consider Private Label Products?
(A) Your own private label line will offer you control in many aspects of your market. Your customers are loyal to you and therefore will be loyal to your brand name product line. Whether you are an independent retailer with one or more stores, an online supplier or a pet products distributor, private label will insure your future in the industry.
(Q) I have thought about private label in the past, but the companies I have spoke with were quoting very high minimums. Does your company offer minimums that are affordable in creating a product line?
(A) Our minimums are low and affordable. All manufacturing, bottle screen printing or label application is performed in house. Recently installed is our in house cardboard box and partition manufacturing department. We control every aspect of producing products. Therefore we can offer low minimums. IMPORTANT ; Low minimums also affords the private label customer to now add products very easily. MULTIPLE PRODUCTS IN A LINE LEND MORE CREDIBILITY TO THE ENTIRE LINE !
(Q) Must I provide my own artwork?
(A) NO, our experienced art department staff will assist you in label design and layout. We have in house state of the art computer programs to produce label art from concept to finish.
(Q) How about product formulations. Do I need to have my own formulas?
(A) Our formulary library consists of hundreds of proven formulations or you can bring us your custom formula. Custom color and fragrance is your choice. Your product will be totally custom to you.
(Q) What are your initial and re-order lead times?
(A) Initial lead time after artwork approval, is approximatly 3 to 4 weeks. Re-order lead times are 2 weeks or sooner.
(Q) Since this is my own product line, is all correspondence confidential?
(A) Absolutely, all formulations are kept in a locked room and only authorized personnel are allowed to view the formulations.
